Goods Out of Stock


If you place an order and the goods are out of stock we will inform you ASAP via email or telephone. Sprint Educational Supplies stock status is constantly updated but demand is high and we occasionally run out of stock on popular items. If, for this reason, we cannot dispatch your order we will contact you with a revised dispatch date.


Please ensure that you submit your correct email and telephone details on the order form.

If your order contains multiple items, we will either wait for the out of stock item to arrive and ship everything together, or ship the order separately.  Either way, we will contact you.
 


Refunds


If it is deemed necessary to return an item for exchange or refund, please note the following:-
- Goods returned must be in original packaging, with labels still attached.
- Goods must be returned within fourteen days of receipt.
- Goods must have accompanying receipt and note of reason for return.
- Any damaged or mal-functioning items must be highlighted to us within 48 hours.
- Any other shortages/errors found regarding your order must also be highlighted to us within 7 days.
- Costs incurred in posting the returned item are not refundable.  Except in circumstances where the product(s) were damaged or faulty.


Shortages


It's important that every product is carefully and thoroughly inspected by you immediately upon delivery. Any shortage on the delivery must be reported within 48 hours of delivery via email or telephone. Sprint Educational Supplies will not be responsible for any shortage not reported within 48 hours and by the advised method.
 


Cancellation Policy


You can cancel or amend any order placed with Sprint Educational Supplies online provided that the order has not yet been dispatched. To cancel an order, please forward your order confirmation email to mailto:%20sprint@indigo.ie with CANCELLATION in the subject field. We will notify you as to whether the order has been dispatched at that stage. If the order has been dispatched, you may return your purchase within 14 days for a full refund (delivery charges will not be refunded). Goods need to be in original packaging and in a saleable condition (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact).
